Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Tonight I created a dish for the first time. Below you will find the ingredients and preparation procedures.
Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 carrot, peeled and shredded

1 stick of celery, diced

1 medium onion, peeled and diced

1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 Table spoon garlic powder

1 can Cream of Chick soup
-
1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
-
1 can green beans, drained
-
1 can water
Preparation Instructions:
Mixed everything together well in a large bowl, then pour in a 13X9 baking dish. If your are not using a covered dish,
covered the pan with foil to seal in the moisture. Baked at 325° for an hour.
Serving Suggestion:
Severed with baked turkey breast. Would also go good with baked chicken breast.
Other Notes:
It took approximately 30 minutes to prepare all the vegetable and put the dish in the oven. Once it was in the oven, I was
free to do other things until time to take it out.
